Meeting Registration

The Southeast Regional Sea Turtle Network (SERSTN) values your participation in the 5th  Southeast Regional Sea Turtle Meeting and we want to ensure that you receive maximum return for your registration fee.  We have contracted with the Omni Corpus Christi in Corpus Christi, TX, to meet your accommodation needs. By booking at this property, you will be entitled to the discounted registration fee noted below.  Since we are under contract with the Omni, we must meet the contracted room block.  By booking at this property you will be supporting SERSTN and our ability to continue to provide a top-quality meeting for years to come.  We look forward to seeing you in Corpus Christi in February!

Want to submit an Abstract? Once you are registered you will have access to the Abstract Submission System by logging into the SERSTN website.

All participants must register. Full registration includes admittance to the Opening Social (Tuesday) and Closing Social (Thursday) and all workshops (see Workshops). For those purchasing single day passes, tickets for the Opening Social ($20) and Closing Social ($40) will be available for purchase on site, cash sales only. Online registration fees can only be paid with a credit card. Alternatively, registration can be paid through regular mail by sending a check or money order, made payable to SERSTN, to the following address:

On-line registration will close at midnight on January 3, 2020 People may register on-site for full or single day, as well as additional Welcome and Farewell Social tickets for spouses and partners accompanying registered attendees. Social tickets will be cash only and sold on site.

SERSTN reserves the right to amend the applicable distance depending on location of meeting.
NOTE: Discounted registration rates for staying at the host hotel are only available for reservations made through the SERSTM room block.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants may request a cancellation until midnight (EST) on January 3, 2020. Please note: A 10% fee will be charged against all cancellations to cover processing costs.

Meeting T-shirts

T-shirts will be available in three different styles this year; ladies v-neck, men’s and a moisture wicking long sleeve version. Shirts are available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. In order to ensure that you get the style and size of your choice, please purchase your t-shirt at the time of registration. We will have a limited supply for sale on-site. Deadline for online T-shirt order is January 3, 2020. T-shirts may be purchased during the registration process or separately by using this form.


The 2020 SERSTM program will be available online at If you require a hard copy of the program, please print same prior to arriving on site in Corpus Christi as we will not be able to facilitate printing. Also check out the Schedule at a Glance.
