An Early Nester registration will apply to all registrations submitted prior to January 6, 2025. To qualify for the discounted hotel registration rates, you must book your hotel room AND register by January 06, 2025 using the SERSTM room block. Reserve your hotel today!
NOTE: All registrations submitted after January 27, 2025 will incur a Late Nester fee.

Submitting an Abstract? Once you are registered for the meeting you will receive a link to submit your abstract. If you would like to submit an abstract but are unable to register due to employer administrative limitations, please contact registrar@serstn.org and we will work with you on a solution.
Cancellation Policy
Registrants may request a cancellation until January 27, 2025.
Please note: A 10% fee will be charged against all cancellations to cover processing costs.

Meeting T-shirts
**NEW 2025** T-shirts will be available for purchase from Bonfire. Shirts are available in a variety of men’s, women’s, and moisture-wicking styles in sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL, and will ship directly to the participant before the meeting. To ensure that you get the style and size of your choice, please purchase your t-shirt well in advance to allow time for shipping. We will have a limited supply for sale on-site.
Volunteers
Meeting volunteers help make every meeting run smoothly so participants may have a memorable and educational experience. We are currently looking for volunteers to fill several positions. Some positions may allow you to network with meeting participants while others may provide a behind-the-scenes look of making a great meeting for all. Check out the Volunteer opportunities. If you are interested, please indicate your interest during registration or contact our Volunteer Coordinators at volunteer@serstn.org.

As the SERSTM approaches, the Planning Committee and Board of Directors are closely monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic and are following all CDC guidelines in our decision-making. SERSTM’s Covid-19 Policy will be updated as needed.
