Exhibitor/Vendor Area:
Exhibitor/Vendor spaces will line the perimeter of the Exhibitor/Vendor – Poster Display area. The welcome reception and all coffee breaks will be held in proximity to this venue.

Exhibitor/Vendor Pricing:
SERSTM has created three tiers to ensure that all exhibitors and vendors, regardless of their size or financial capacity, receive opportunities for participation and visibility. We aim to promote inclusivity and support the diverse range of non-profit organizations and businesses that contribute to the success of our conference and the sea turtle community.

Pricing does not include registration for the meeting. If an Exhibitor or Vendor would like to register and attend the meeting, they must register separately at the hotel rate. Pricing does include access to the Exhibitor/Vendor room, Silent Auction, Welcome Social, and coffee breaks for two representatives. For security purposes, all Exhibitor/Vendor representatives will be required to show their name badge for after-hours access.

Tier 1: Supporters
Eligibility: Non-profit organizations not engaged in sales.
Description: Reserved for non-profit organizations that are participating solely to raise awareness, provide information, or engage with conference attendees without any sales activities at the conference.
Cost: $100 

Tier 2: Collaborators
Eligibility: Non-profit organizations engaged in sales activities at the conference and for-profit businesses with annual revenue of less than $1 million.
Description: This tier is designed for non-profits and small businesses that are fundraising and/or selling products or services at the conference.
Cost: $200

Tier 3: Partners
Eligibility: For-profit businesses (annual revenue $1 million or greater).
Description: This tier is tailored for large businesses that have the resources and capacity to make a significant impact at the conference.
Cost: $400

Exhibitor/Vendor Space
Each Exhibitor/Vendor space will consist of two 6 ft draped and skirted tables, with the option of a third at a $50 fee, plus two chairs.

Each Exhibitor/Vendor table will be provided with a tabletop tent-style name sign on white card stock with black text. No banners, signs, etc. may be affixed to any hard surface. Please notify the Exhibitor/Vendor Chair of any special display space arrangements such as standing signs or racks to conform with the space and Fire Marshal Code.

Exhibitor/Vendor Services
Free Wi-Fi Internet will be provided in the Exhibitor/Vendor area throughout the meeting.

Power, shipping, handling, delivery, and storage can be provided by the hotel. For specific information please e-mail the Exhibitor/Vendor chair.

By registering as an Exhibitor/Vendor at the 2025 SERSTM, Exhibitors and Vendors agree that they shall indemnify and hold harmless hotel and its servicing agents from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting or connected with transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits.

Publicity Description
The Exhibitor/Vendor chair will contact each Exhibitor/Vendor representative prior to the meeting and request a brief description of your table (organization description, logo, display information, sale items).  Program inclusion and advance promotions through various media venues will provide the exhibitors/vendors organizational exposure.
