Meeting Location:
Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort and Spa at Grand Dunes, 8400 Costa Verda Dr., Myrtle Beach, SC

Exhibitor/Vendor Area:
Exhibitor/Vendor spaces will line the perimeter of the Exhibitor/Vendor – Poster Display Venue facing the Ocean Front Courtyard. The Welcome Reception and all coffee breaks will be held in proximity to this venue.

Exhibitor/Vendor Setup dates and times:
Monday, February 12 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm and Tuesday, February 13 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Exhibitor/Vendor Strike date and time:
Thursday, February 15 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm

Exhibitor/Vendor Hours:
Open from 9:00am to 4:00pm Tuesday and 6:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday evening for the Welcome Reception. Open 9:00am to 7:15pm Wednesday with a Public Open House from 3:30 to 7:15pm. Open 9:00am to 4:00pm Thursday.

Exhibitor/Vendor Space:
Each Exhibitor/Vendor space will consist of three 6’ x 18” draped and skirted tables with an option of a fourth at no charge, and four Chairs.  Trash receptacles will be centrally located in the E/V – Poster Venue. Please notify the E/V Chair of any special display space arrangements such as standing signs or racks in order to conform with the space and with the Fire Marshal Code.

Hotel Exhibitor/Vendor Harmless Clause:
By selecting an Exhibitor/Vendor space, the E/V is agreeing to the following hotel terms:

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel Premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, it’s agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.

Exhibitor/Vendor Space Pricing:
For-Profit:  $425
Non-Profit: $125

Each Exhibitor/Vendor table will be provided with a table top tent style name sign on white card stock with black text.

No banners, signs, etc. may be affixed to any hard surface.

Exhibitor/Vendor Services:
High Speed Internet and Electrical needs will be provided at a one-time meeting fee for each service. A flat fee of $35 secures a special three day unlimited Wi-Fi service in the E/V venue. A flat fee of $55 secures an Electrical outlet. Forms will be provided by SERSTM to be forwarded directly to the Hotel contact to reserve any or all of these services.

Shipping, handling, delivery and storage can be provided by the hotel; information can be supplied upon request to the E/V Chair.

Vendor Representatives:
Each Exhibitor/Vendor will be allowed to name four representatives, one of which will be required to register for the meeting and be responsible for the E/V space and any service fees. As Exhibitor/Vendor spaces are limited, first registered and paid will be first reserved. Exhibitor/Vendor representatives will be required to show E/V name badge, for security purposes, during after hour access.

Any representatives attending the meeting sessions must be registered.

Publicity description:
A brief description of your table (organization, display, sale items) will be requested ahead of the meeting.  Please provide a main contact person for publicity purposes. Program inclusion and advance promotions through various media venues will provide the exhibitors/vendors organizational exposure.
