Exhibitor & Vendor Registration – Southeast Regional Sea Turtle Network

We are so glad you want to become an Exhibitor/Vendor at the Southeast Regional Sea Turtle Meeting. Please complete the following form to reserve your space at the meeting and visit our (Exhibitor/Vendor page for full descriptions and answers to frequently asked questions.)

Each Exhibitor/Vendor space will consist of two 6 ft draped and skirted tables, with the option of a third at a $50 fee, plus two chairs.

E/V Pricing does not include registration for the meeting. If an Exhibitor or Vendor would like to register and attend the meeting, they must register separately at the hotel rate. Pricing does include access to the Exhibitor/Vendor room, Silent Auction, Welcome Social, and coffee breaks for two representatives.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants may request a cancellation until January 6, 2025. Please note: A 10% fee will be charged against all cancellations to cover processing costs.
By registering as an Exhibitor/Vendor at the 2025 SERSTM, Exhibitors and Vendors agree that they shall indemnify and hold harmless hotel and its servicing agents from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting or connected with transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits.
