Group Rates are available until January 5, 2027, or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. After the cut-off date, please note the group rate will no longer be valid.

Travel

For attendees flying in to the meeting, the Wilmington International Airport is a short ten-minute drive from the meeting hotel. The Hotel Ballast Wilmington will have a complimentary shuttle service available to transport hotel guests to and from the meeting hotel during your stay. After you have landed and retrieved your bags, please contact the Hilton at 910-763-5900 to request the shuttle service. The shuttle will then meet you at the designated pickup spot.
