To garner recognition for your organization at this prestigious meeting, supporters may contribute at the Ridley, Hawksbill, Loggerhead, Green, Leatherback, or Archelon sponsor levels with the following associated benefits.

Ridley	Up to $249	General support for the meeting. Sponsors will be recognized in the SERSTM Program Application: Guidebook.
Hawksbill	$250 – $499	General Sponsorship. Your organization or company logo will be displayed in meeting materials including recognition in the SERSTM program app, website, and general signage at meeting.
Loggerhead	$500 – $999	Sponsors receive all of the above recognition as well as, directly support session coffee breaks. Logos will receive high visibility during a half day session and at a single coffee break during the meeting.
Green	$1,000 – $2,999	Sponsors receive all of the above recognition as well as, directly support the meeting refreshments. Logos will receive high visibility during all sessions, coffee breaks, and the evening welcome social.
Leatherback	$3,000 – $4,999	Sponsors receive all of the above recognition as well as, directly support the meeting farewell social and awards (student & career). Logos will receive high visibility during farewell social and award presentations. Sponsors also receive two (2) complimentary  tickets for the the farewell social.
Archelon	$5,000 and above	Sponsors receive all of the above recognition as well as, enhanced visibility in the SERSTM App (Banner Ads and/or Push Notifications), prominent logo display for all meeting sessions, socials, and materials, including logo/name printed on the Southeast Regional Sea Turtle Meeting t-shirts (NOTE: Only available if sponsorship is received prior to the January 1, 2023 T-shirt order deadline). Sponsors also receive  two (2) complimentary full registrations and one (1) exhibitor/vendor registration including power.

As a meeting sponsor, you will receive prominent placement of your company or organization’s name in front of 400+ meeting attendees. Credit Card payments can be processed using the sponsor form. If a check payment is preferred,  please make sure to send your check first to get a special “PAID” code to complete the online sponsor form linked above.
